Just in time for Spring!  I had a request from a client for lilac soap.  All my research had told me that essential oil could not be made from the lilac flower because it was too delicate and just didn't work.  Based on that, I reaserched fragrance oils, and from what I could find, they didn't work well in cold-process soap.  But then I came across one fragrance oil that had rave reviews and apparently played nice in cold process soap; it did, and this is the result!
 
This soap has a lovely base of skin-loving oils with a bright lilac fragrance oil for a wonderful finish.  We've also included some kaoilin clay because it serves as a gentle exfoliant and can remove oils and impurities from your skin.  A gentle purple swirl has been added to finish the soap, add a bit of beauty, and remind you of those lazy Spring days.
