This is a fairly straightforward soap - what you see is what you get!  We've used a base of skin-loving oils and added just a bit of cinnamon, vanilla and clove essential oils.  We've also added some finely ground oatmeal for light exfoliation.  People have been using oatmeal in skin products for centuries because the starches it contains are soothing to skin and it also has gentle exfoliating and cleansing properties.  Lastly, local honey has been added to the mix.  Honey is a natural humectant, which means it absorbs moisture from the air.  Humectants are great for the skin, as they can help the skin retain moisture.  This is a nice and light exfoliating soap, which smells great!
