Neem oil is said to help dryness, itchiness and inflamation, making it great for folks with eczema and extra dry skin.  Cornsilk powder was added for its soothing properties, natural vitamins, minerals and high levels of antioxidants.  Carrot powder was added for its high levels of potassium, vitamin c and amino acids.  And lastly, the essential oils were carefully blended to help relieve dry skin and mask the natural odor of the neem oil, which can be quite strong.
