Homemade lotion bars are solid at room temperature and melt slightly when rubbed over your warm skin leaving a very thin and moisturizing layer behind.  They are easy to use, much less messy than regular lotion and they are very portable.  These lotion bars will melt when heated, so keep them in a container, out of direct sun light and not next to a heater.  Our lotion bars fit nicely in your hand and are no less than 2.25 ounces.  You may purchase the lotion bar by itself, or purchase the bar and a tin for storing.
 
These bars are made with natural cocoa butter, so the scent does come through.  We've added a couple of essential oils that are considered warming. Our massage lotion bars have dried beans added to the bottom of the mold.  When these are rubbed over your skin, apply light pressure and they feel like little fingertips giving you a massage.  The beans will eventually fall out.  This is completely normal and should be expected if you use your lotion bar regularly.
 
These bars are made of high quality nourishing oils that will leave your skin soft and moisturized.  Because we don’t put anything in our bars to extend the natural shelf life of the ingredients, please plan on using your bar within six to twelve months from the date of receipt.
